Our Employee Impact Groups (EIGs) and Ally Networks are the heart of our culture. Through them, all are heard, valued and represented.
On Veterans Day in the US we welcomed Suntory Global Spirits vets and local military vets to hear from the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs, Vet Center, Disabled American Veterans, USA Cares, Volunteers of America and Beam Vets.

Employee Impact Groups
Our EIGs are voluntary, employee-led groups representing marginalized communities. We look to them for fresh thinking across all dimensions of diversity, including race, gender, disability, parent and military status and sexual orientation. Our EIGs are not only empowering to our workforce—they spark positive impact for our brands, our communities and the world.
Beam Vets share experiences and support each other through their next phase of growth, connecting talent and engaging Veteran communities.
BoLD supports our Black community and allies. We’re creating space for every voice to be heard, and inviting people to bring their whole selves to work.
Harmony focuses on appreciating all Asian cultures, creating pathways for learning, and deepening the bonds that help us serve our communities
PRISM works for a safe, inclusive environment for our LGBTQ+ community. This perspective helps create supportive ways of working.
SALUD, our Hispanic and LatinX EIG, builds cultural awareness, education and allyship across teams to drive understanding through cultural insights.
WISE blends advocacy, education, development and empowerment to push for 50% women in leadership across Suntory Global Spirits.
Legacy speaks for the needs of working parents, with the resources, support and advocacy to thrive at both work and home.
There are visible and invisible disabilities, and caregivers play a vital role. Diversability helps them thrive and be their authentic selves.
Ally networks
Our Ally Networks complement our EIGs in driving inclusivity. Through regular educational forums and events, these groups are building awareness and understanding with employees around important concepts and topics, including generational awareness, mental fitness and gender equity.
Generational Awareness creates space for all ages, generations and experiences to find common ground.
Cultural & Racial Awareness unlocks engagement, creativity and innovation by revealing, and celebrating, diversity everywhere.
LGBTQI+ showcases the diversity of love and gender at Suntory Global Spirits, empowering all to be who they really are.
Gender Equity seeks gender balance in leadership, building allyship and creating equitable experiences for female leaders.
Mental Fitness helps employees navigate life’s inevitable ups and downs through a sustainable approach to wellbeing that grows with them.
