Nadim Assi is Global Chief Financial Officer at Suntory Global Spirits and serves on the company’s Executive Leadership Team. He is a seasoned global finance executive with over 35 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, with expertise in finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and revenue growth management. Nadim’s career spans senior leadership roles across four continents, reflecting deep multicultural and international business acumen.

Prior to his current role, Nadim was based in Tokyo and served as Deputy Division COO for Corporate Planning at Suntory Holdings and Vice President of Global Finance for the Suntory RTD Company. Since 2013, he has held various positions at Suntory Global Spirits, including CFO and Head of Strategy for Global Brands (New York), CFO International with oversight of South & Central America (Madrid), and earlier regional CFO positions covering EMEA and broader international markets.

Prior to Suntory, Nadim held key finance leadership positions in regional family-owned groups in the Middle East, and previously spent more than a decade advancing through multiple finance, strategy and M&A roles at PepsiCo. His early career included positions in strategic planning and finance in Montreal and Dubai.

Nadim holds the CFA charter, a master’s degree in international finance from Université Paris Dauphine, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Saint-Joseph University in Beirut.
