Todd Bloomquist

Todd leads global corporate affairs, heading up a team of over 60 professionals in nine countries. Collectively, they look after oversight of strategic transactions, litigation and other disputes, intellectual property, governance, risk management, governmental relations and the global Legal, Compliance and Public Affairs functions. 

Todd also serves as Vice Chairman of the Global Risk Management Committee of Suntory Holdings in Tokyo, Japan. In 2011, Todd joined Suntory Global Spirits' Legal Department to help complete the Fortune Brands restructuring. He was promoted to General Counsel in 2018 and to lead the Public Affairs function in 2023.

Before joining us, Todd was a Partner at international law firm Winston & Strawn LLP. He represented corporate clients in a range of matters.

Todd has a BA in Business Administration and Psychology, and graduated magna cum laude, from Coe College. He holds a J.D. with high distinction from The University of Iowa College of Law. Todd and his wife, Erin, live in New York City.
